Structural design for primarily residential housing and light commercial buildings. Architectural drafting and design using Autodesk Architectural Desktop. Civil and Survey drafting and design (including site grading, drainage analysis, street improvement plans, utility plans, and topographic surveys) using Autodesk Civil 3D. Also provide planning and permit processing (including Minor Use and Conditional Land Use Permits, As-Built Grading, & Construction Permits).
